Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 68 від 30.12.2022 р. та викласти у наступній редакції:
-п.10 абзац 4: «…Кількість замовленої теплової енергії складає 142,486 Гкал»
-п.19: « Ціна цього Договору становить 549462,09 грн (П’ятсот сорок дев’ять тисяч чотириста шістдесят дві гривні 09 коп.) з врахування податку на додану вартість в сумі 91577,02 (Дев’яносто одна тисяча п’ятсот сімдесят сім гривень 09 коп).
-п.20 абзац 2: «…Тариф на послугу з постачання теплової енергії з урахуванням податку на додану вартість становить:
з 01.01.2023 р. по 30.09.2023 р. 3700,85 грн (3084,04 грн х 1,2 = 3700,85 грн) - рішення виконавчого комітету Канівської міської ради від 07.09.2022 р. № 250
з 01.10.2023 р. по 31.12.2023 р.3962,68 грн (3302,23 грн х 1,2 = 3962,68 грн) – рішення виконавчого комітету Канівської міської ради від 20.09.2023 р. № 267.»
