Дія договору про закупівлю продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному 19.08.2020, а саме вартість цієї додаткової угоди становить 82700,00 грн з ПДВ, при чому видатки на досягнення цієї цілі будуть затверджені в установленому порядку протягом січня 2021 року. На сьогодні видатки затверджені у проєкті бюджету коледжу.

1. Збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Додатковій угоді №4 до ДОГОВОРУ № 241 ЗІІЗТЛ від 19.08.2020 року.
2.Керуючись пунктом 4 частини 5 статті 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» «Сторони» дійшли згоди щодо внесення змін до Договору з метою продовження строку його дії та строку виконання зобов’язань через відсутність (затримку) фінансування витрат замовника на строк достатній для погашення заборгованості за Договором №241 ЗНЗТЛ про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти від 19 серпня 2020 року (далі - Договір), що виникла станом на 31.12.2020 року та становить: 84431,00 гривень з ПДВ., за умови, що такі зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю (остаточна сума договору визначена у Додатковій угоді № 3 до Договору та становить 413504,00 (чотириста тринадцять тисяч п’ятсот чотири шість гри. 00 коп.) гривень., в т.ч. НДВ 68917,33 гривень)
