З урахуванням пунктів 3.4.1, 3.6, 10.3, 15.7 Договору про закупівлю, на підставі наданого Постачальником вмотивованого звернення про проведення попередньої оплати та банківської гарантії Замовником проводиться попередня оплата в розмірі 100 (ста) відсотків від ціни продукції, вказаної у Специфікації, на підставі оригіналу рахунку фактури.
Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169 у редакції, чинній на момент укладання договору про закупівлю. Підстава "покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю" обрана у зв'язку із відсутністю в електронній системі підстави, яка відповідала б предмету додаткової угоди.
