«Зменшити суму Договору на 8,59 грн. Загальна вартість всього обсягу поставки складає 2 758 071,05 ( два мільйона сімсот п’ятдесят вісім тисяч сімдесят одна гривня 05 копійок) грн. з урахуванням ПДВ 459 678,50 грн. (чотириста п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч шістсот сімдесят вісім гривень 50 копійок).
Сума асигнувань для взяття зобов’язань на 2018 рік становить 2 758 079,64 грн.

Згідно статті 36 ч.5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» із змінами і доповненням від 25 грудня 2015р. № 922-V-III дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватись на строк , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Відповідно до наведеного термін дії Договору поставки природного газу №438 (18)Б від 19.01.2018 року продовжити на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року.
