Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок природного газу» та іншими нормативно - правовими актами, які регламентують діяльність суб’єктів ринку природного газу, а також відповідно до ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, пп.7 п. 11.2 розділу 11 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ ТА ІНШІ УМОВИ» Договору, а також на підставі частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (у редакції Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та деяких інших законодавчих актів України щодо вдосконалення публічних закупівель» від 19.09.2019 року № 114-ІХ) (надалі – Закон), а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку
