Note:
1. Сторони прийшли до згоди внести зміни до п. 3.2. договору розділу ІІІ «Ціна постачання природного газу» та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.2. Ціна природного газу за цим Договором за 1000 куб.м. без урахування податку на додану вартість тарифів на транспортування і розподіл природного газу становить 8 249,99 грн., крім того ПДВ 1 650,00 грн. Всього з ПДВ – 9 899,99 грн.
Крім того, тариф на транспортування природного газу за 1000 куб м. без ПДВ становить 21,20 грн., крім того ПДВ – 4,24 грн. Всього з ПДВ – 25,44 грн.
Всього до сплати за 1000 куб.м. 9 925,43 грн. (Дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять п’ять гривень 43 копійки), в тому числі ПДВ (20%) 1 654,24 грн. (одна тисяча шістсот п’ятдесят чотири гривні 24 копійки).».
2. Решта умов Договору залишаються незмінними та Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов’язання.
