Після зменшення загальний обсяг складає 3970 л. 3.Зменшити суму договору на 10,92 грн в т.ч. ПДВ 1,82 грн. Після зменшення сума договору складає 75196,08 грн. в т.ч.ПДВ 12532,68 грн. 4. Решта умов та обов’язків за Договором залишаються незмінними .

Відповідно до ч.1 п.5 ст 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», внесено зміни, а саме: 1.Зменшити обсяг молока 2,5-2,6% на 2740 л. Після зменшення загальний обсяг складає 1230 л. 2.Зменшити суму договору на 52674,18 грн в т.ч. ПДВ 8779,03 грн. Після зменшення сума договору складає 22521,90 грн. в т.ч.ПДВ 3753,30 грн. 3. Решта умов та обов’язків за Договором залишаються незмінними . 4. Угоду складено у двох примірниках по одному для кожної сторони,які мають однакову юридичну силу з моменту підписання.
