Керуючись п.2 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Ціновою довідкою Харківської торговопромислової палати № 414/22 від 21 липня 2022 року,Сторони домовились:
1.1. Внести зміни до пункту 2.2. Договору, виклавши його в новій редакції:
«2.2. Обсяги 2 402 718,928 кВт/год»
1.2. Внести зміни до пунктів 1 та 2 Додатку 2 до Договору «Комерційна пропозиція»,
виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
1 Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії, у
тому числі диференційовані ціни
(тарифи):
3,41651 грн без ПДВ, а разом з ПДВ — 4,099812 грн з
урахуванням тарифу на передачу електричної енергії,
встановленого постановою НКРЕКП №2454 від 01.12.2021
та без урахування тарифу на розподіл
