1.Сторони, керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», умовами п. 1.3. Договору, домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі на 81кг та викласти п.1.3 Договору в наступній редакції:
«1.3 Обсяг закупівлі складає 751кг. Обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшені залежно від реальних фінансових видатків та реальних потреб Покупця.»
2. Сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору на 11016,00 грн. (одинадцять тисяч шістнадцять грн. 00коп) , та викласти п.3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
