1. В зв’язку зі збройною агресією Російської Федерації нищівних ударів зазнають об’єкти електроенергетичної інфраструктури країни. Це змушує НЕК Укренерго до вжиття кардинальних заходів задля стабілізації енергосистеми. Один з них – стабілізаційні відключення електроенергії.
В зв’язку з частими та тривалими відключення електроенергії у Вознесенській територіальній громаді, не виявилося можливим завершити виконання робіт по «Реконструкції КНС-3 в с. Таборівка Вознесенського району Миколаївської області по вул.. Єланецьке Шосе, 11» (ДК 021:2015: 45330000-9 Водопровідні та санітарно-технічні роботи) в вказані в договорі строки, а саме до 31.12.2022року .
