Сторони, приймаючи зміни до плану використання бюджетних коштів на 2021р.,пункти 3.2. і 11.1. Договору , згідно п.3 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне: внести зміни в договір та викласти п.3.1. в наступній редакції:«3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 1 026 392,08 грн., ПДВ 205 278,42 грн., усього 1 231 670,50 грн.(один мільйон двісті тридцять одна тисяча шістсот сімдесят гривень 50 копiйок), у тому числі:
- за рахунок бюджетних призначень – 676 454,17 грн., ПДВ 135 290,83 грн., усього 811 745,00 грн.;
- за рахунок підприємства – 333 271,24 грн., ПДВ 66 654,26 грн., усього
399 925,50 грн.;
- за рахунок відшкодування орендарів - 16 666,67 грн., ПДВ 3 333,33 грн., усього 20 000,00 грн."

Сторони, уклали цю додаткову угоду з урахуванням вимог п.8 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», та керуючись п.10.4. Договору про закупівлю теплової енергії в гарячій воді №8671/21 від 15.01.2021 (далі Договір) про таке:
1. Теплопостачальна організація та Споживач, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору до 28 лютого 2022 року на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсутків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та діє до 28 лютого 2022 року.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
