Зважаючи на підвищення (коливання) ціни Товару на ринку, що підтверджуєтья довідкою Державного підприємства "Державний інформаційно-аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх товарних ринків" від 28.08.2018 № 231/515-4. Сторони погодились збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більше як на 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі, не збільшуючи при цьому суми Договору та не погіршуючи якості Товару.
