Note:
Відповідно до п. 6 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII "Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі /спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році,якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку". Враховуючи вищевикладене Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії договору та збільшити вартість Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % суми, яка яка визначена п. 3.2. Договору та складає 120700,00 грн., у т.ч. ПДВ 20%- 20 116,67 грн. Загальна сума Договору становить 724200,00 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ 20% -120700,00 грн. з урахуванням суми, визначеної в п. 1 додаткової угоди.Викласти в новій редакції Додаток № 2 до Договору "Розрахунок".
