Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо внесення змін до Договору постачання теплової енергії №244 від 28.02.2022 року (далі-Договір),а саме доповнити Розділ 5 пунктом 2.1. Замовник може проводити попередню оплату до початку опалювального сезону з вересня 2022 року за послуги теплопостачання на строк не більше трьох місяців у розмірі, що не перевищує 30% вартості від річної вартості послуг , що в подальшому підлягає , у встановленому порядку , заліку в рахунок майбутніх платежів .
