У зв'язку з відсутністю пункту про внесення змін до договору при зміні реквізитів сторін, було прийнято рішення обрати п.7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" "Зміни встановленого згідно із законодавством органами державної статистики індексу споживчих цін, зміни курсу іноземної валюти, зміни біржових котирувань або показників Platts, регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю, у разі встановлення в договорі про закупівлю порядку зміни ціни", але у відповідності до вимог ст. 10 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" оприлюднюємо повідомлення про внесення змін до договору.
