- Пункт 2.3. Договору №15-1404 від 23.12.2016р. викласти в наступній редакції: «Строк виготовлення, передачі Замовнику Турбінного обладнання та виконання проектно-конструкторських робіт – листопад 2017р.
При цьому виготовлення Турбінного обладнання Виконавцем починається з дати отримання від Замовника Повідомлення про готовність до виконання Договору і виставлення Виконавцем рахунку на попередню оплату, що передбачені п.4.2. розділу 4 цього Договору».
