«У зв’язку зі зміною назви Покупця - Комунального виробничого підприємства Кам'янської міської ради "Міськводоканал" згідно рішення Дніпропетровської обласної ради від 14.02.2020 р. № 564-21/VII, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до укладеного договору № 93/19-324/19 від 02.08.2019 р., а саме:
1.1. В преамбулі Договору назву Покупця змінити та викласти в наступній редакції:
«КОМУНАЛЬНЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО «КАМ’ЯНСЬКИЙ МІСЬКВОДОКАНАЛ» ДНІПРОПЕТРОВСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСНОЇ РАДИ», іменоване надалі «Покупець», в особі генерального директора Полюляха Антона Анатолійовича, який діє на підставі Статуту, з другої сторони…:»
