2. Внести зміни до п. 1.3 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
Теплова енергія поставляється Замовнику у кількості 305,944 Гкал, згідно з Додатками 1, 3 до цього договору.
3. Внести зміни до п. 10.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31.12.2021року, а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх завершення.
