Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.п.1 додатку №4 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Споживач сплачує за теплову енергію згідно тарифів, що діють на день надання пропозиції.
«Для потреб опалення по двоставковому тарифу:
-умовно –постійна частина - 71214,35 грн. за Гкал/годину в місяць з ПДВ;
Для потреб опалення умовно-змінна частина двоставкового тарифу - 1217,72 грн. за Гкал з ПДВ;
Для потреб гарячого водопостачання по одноставковому тарифу - 1687,24 грн. за Гкал з ПДВ»
2. Зменшити обсяги закупівлі теплової енергії та викласти пункти 1.2.1. та 1.2.2. Договору у наступній редакції:
опалення - 152,060 Гкал. в опалювальний період 2020 року, з тепловим навантаженням 0,149846 Гкал/год в місяць впродовж року;
теплова енергія в гарячій воді - 6,653 Гкал протягом 2020 року;
