Керуючись Законом України "Про ринок електричної енергії", пунктом 2 частини п'ятої статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" уклали цю додаткову угоду до Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 171/21-ЕЛ від 18.01.2021р. про наступне:
1. Викласти Додаток 1 до Договору "СПЕЦИФІКАЦІЯ" та Додаток 3 "КОМЕРЦІЙНА ПРОПОЗИЦІЯ" в новій редакції.
