Згідно ч. 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції 19.09.2019) (далі Закон), на підставі пункту 11.2. Договору домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк з 01.01.2021 до 28.04.2021, збільшити суму Договору на 201 892,44 грн. (двісті одна тисяча вісімсот дев’яносто дві гривні 44 копійки) в тому числі ПДВ 33 648,74 (тридцять три тисячі шістсот сорок вісім гривень 74 коп.), що не перевищує 20 % від суми, визначеної у Договорі.
