Покупець та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, враховуючи Додаткову угоду №11 від 31.12.2021 р. про продовження строку дії Договору №488 від 23.02.2021 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку визнали, що сума цієї угоди складає 76401,78 грн. (сімдесят шість тисяч чотириста одна грн. 78 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми Договору №488 від 23.02.2021 року.
