Відповідно до частини п’ятої статті 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, у зв’язку з чим та керуючись п.11.2 та п.12.6. Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди – продовжити дію Договору достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року (до 01.08.2020р.)

керуючись нормами чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, усвідомлюючи та враховуючи, що будь які доповнення, зміни до Договору дійсні і мають юридичну силу, якщо вони здійсненні в письмовій формі і підписані уповноваженими особами Сторін та є невід’ємною частиною Договору, досягнуто домовленості щодо внесення змін до договору № № 144 від 09.12.2019р. (далі – Договір) (номер у Прозоро UA-2019-11-08-001362-a).
Сторони домовились, що в межах суми 20% суми Договору, що становить 49 300,00 грн. (сорок дев’ять тисяч триста гривень 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 8 216,66 грн. здійснюватиметься поставка 29 одиниць гірлянд стрінг 20 м, теплобілого кольору з флешем, чорний кабель, 230V, з розрахунку 1 700,00 грн. з ПДВ за одиницю.
