1. Враховуючи форс-мажорні обставини та зміною номенклатури в зв’язку з обмеженим постачанням та відповідно до п.11 Договору, сторони дійшли згоди розірвати Договір №4 від 17.02.2022р.
2. Суму договора зменшити на 199197,52 грн. (сто дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч сто дев’яносто сім грн. 52 коп.). та внести зміни до пункту 3. «Суми договору»

3.1. Сума цього Договору становить: 131957,48 грн. (сто тридцять одна тисяча дев'ятсот п'ятдесят сім грн. 48 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 21992,91 грн.
