Внести зміни до Договору, виклавши п.1.2. розділу І “Предмет договору”, п.3.1. розділу III «Ціна Договору» та п.5.1 розділу V “Надання послуг” в наступній редакції:
п.1.2. Кількість (обсяг) послуг з постачання теплової енергії, виконуваних за цим Договором – 1365 Гкал, в тім рахунку пролонгація на 2018 рік – 147 Гкал.
п.3.1. Ціна Договору становить - 1726828,84 грн. (один мільйон сімсот двадцять шість тисяч вісімсот двадцять вісім грн 84 коп), у тому числі ПДВ – 287804,81 грн (двісті вісімдесят сім тисяч вісімсот чотири грн 81 коп), в тім рахунку пролонгація 20 % на 2018 рік – 286192,83 грн (двісті вісімдесят шість тисяч сто дев’яносто дві грн 83 коп), у тому числі ПДВ – 47698,81 грн.
п.5.1.Строк надання послуг: до 31.03.2018 року.
