1.Сторони домовились здійснити зміни у Договорі та викласти у наступній редакції:
1.1. Пункт 3.3. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна природного газу з 01 січня 2018 року становить 9217,10 грн за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ – 1 843,42 грн, всього з ПДВ – 11 060,52 грн. (одинадцять тисяч шістдесят грн. 52 коп.) у тому числі тариф на транспортування природного газу магістральними газопроводами.
2. Дана Угода вступає в силу з моменту її підписання та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
Умови даної угоди розповсюджуються на відносини між сторонами, що виникли з 01 січня 2018 р. (відповідно до частини 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України).
3. Дана Угода складена в двох примірниках на українській мові для кожної Сторони, всі примірники мають однакову юридичну силу.
