1. Викласти пункт 1.1 у наступній редакції:
Учасник постачає електричну енергію ( код за ДК 09310000-5 електрична енергія ( електрична енергія) ,як різновид товару для забезпечення потреб Замовника, а Замовник оплачує Учаснику вартість використаної (купленої) електричної енергії та здійснює інші платежі згідно з умовами Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 472 від 01.01.2019 р. (далі по тексту –Договір про постачання електричної енергії споживачу ).
Сторони уклали цей договір для врегулювання правових та економічних засад (умов, порядку та процедури) здійснення закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для забезпечення потреб держави або територіальної громади ( підкреслити необхідне) в особі Замовника по Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу.
Всі інші умови зазначеного Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу залишаються чинними та обов’язковими для виконання їх Сторонами. В разі виникнення спірних питань між умовами цього договору та умовами Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу пріорітет має Договір про постачання електричної енергії споживачу.
