У зв’язку із ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони узгодили зміну ціни в бік збільшення, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в договорі на 14616,00 грн. (чотирнадцять тисяч шістсот шістнадцять гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ – 2436,00 грн., та загальна ціна договору становить 87712,50 грн. (вісімдесят сім тисяч сімсот дванадцять гривень 50 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 14618,75 грн.
Дія договору про закупівлю продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року.
Керуючись п.5 ч.1 та ч.2 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 3.2 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю не більше ніж на 10% у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку за рахунок зменшення обсягів закупівлі та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору:
Код ДК 021:2015-15810000-9 «Хлібопродукти, свіжовипечені хлібобулочні та кондитерські вироби» - 6,72 грн. ( шість гривень 72 копійки).
