Note:
1. Відповідно до частини 3 ст. ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України, Сторони домовилися, що умови цієї додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до його укладення, а саме з 01.01.2022 р.
2. Беручи до уваги обсяги очікуваних закупівель у січні-лютому 2022 року Сторони дійшли спільної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору до 10.02.2022 р., в обсязі що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної п. 2.1. Договору та становить 10 200,00 грн.(десять тисяч двісті грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 1700,00 (одна тисяча сімсот грн. 00 коп.)
3. Інші умови догову залишаються без змін.
