Note:
Вважати Додаткову угоду №1 від 16.11.2021р. до Договору №387/21-ЕЛ від 29 жовтня 2021 р. нікчемною.
1. Внести зміни до Розділу 2 Договору п. 2.5. та викласти в наступній редакції
«2.5. Річний плановий обсяг постачання електричної енергії – до 42 536,198 кВт/год.»
2. Викласти п.5.1.та п.п.5.1.1. розділу 5 Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.1.Вартість Договору становить 189 650 грн. 00 коп. (Сто вісімдесят девять тисяч шістсот пятдесят гривень 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 31 608 грн. 33 коп. (Тридцять одна тисяча шістсот вісім гривень 33 коп.). Ціна товару за 1 кВт/год на жовтень 2021р. становить 3 грн. 793 коп. (Три гривні 793 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 0,63 грн. (Нуль гривень 63 копійок).
5.1.1. Ціна товару за 1 кВт/год з 01.11.2021р. становить 4 грн. 17 коп. (Чотири гривні 17 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 0,695 грн. (Нуль гривень 695 копійок)., та з 03.11.2021р.- 31.12.2021р. становить 4 грн. 55 коп. (Чотири гривні 55 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 0,758 грн. (Нуль гривень 758 копійок).»
