3. Викласти п.1.2.договору в наступній редакції:
«1.2. Назва предмету закупівлі– код ДК 021:2015: CPV: 64210000-1 – Послуги телефонного зв’язку та передачі даних (Послуги IP телефонії для call-центру (Послуги ІР-телефонії-64215000-6)). Джерело фінансування – міський бюджет».
4. Додати п.1.2.1 до договору в наступній редакції:
«1.2.1. Найменування послуги – Послуги IP телефонії для call-центру (Послуги ІР-телефонії-64215000-6).
5. Всі інші пункти Договору № 01/01.01 від 01.01.2022 року залишаються без змін.
6. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 01/01.01 від 01.01.2022 року, складена українською мовою в двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу по одному для кожної Сторони.
7. Додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту її підписання і діє до 31.12.2022 р.
