Note:
Керуючись п. 8 ч. 4 та ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. ст.651, 653 та 654 Цивільного Кодексу України, положеннями Договору на постачання електричної енергії №33010З від 24.01.2020 року (далі - Договір), Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку. Дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та діє до «28» лютого 2021 року.
