Відповідно частини 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та керуючись п. 11.2. Договору подовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року на суму 279 000,00 грн. (двісті сімдесят дев’ять тисяч грн. 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ – 46 633,33 грн (сорок шість тисяч шістсот тридцять три грн. 33 коп.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору.
Ціна Договору становить 1 678 000,00 грн.
Термін надання послуг: по 31.05.2021 р.
Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.05.2021 року та/або дати реєстрації Договору на закупівлю послуг з ремонту і технічного обслуговування автомобілів на 2021 рік, але у будь-якому випадку до виконання Сторонами усіх зобов’язань по Договору.
