Сторони домовилися внести наступні зміни:
1. ОБ’ЄКТИ – належні Замовнику на праві власності або знаходяться в його законному користуванні нежитлові адміністративні приміщення, які відокремлені від інших приміщень архітектурно-будівельними конструкціями, та розташовані за адресами:
- прокуратура Сумської області – м. Суми, вул. Герасима Кондратьєва, 33
2. Ціна даного Договору становить 1175760,00 грн. (один млн. сто сімдесят п’ять тис. сімсот шістдесят грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 195960,00 грн.
3. Договір після підписання його Сторонами та скріплення печатками набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31 грудня 2019 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань, включаючи правовідносини, які відбувалися між сторонами з 11.01.2019 відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного України.
Відповідно внесено зміни у додатки до договору.
