3. Внесення змін в пункт 1.1 Комерційної пропозиції "Тендерна-Ф"- тна момент укладення договору ціна становить 5,143855 грн. без ПДВ.

5.2.1. Внесення змін в пункт 12.1. розділу 12. «Строк дії Договору та інші умови», НОВА РЕДАКЦІЯ: «12.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2022р., якщо інше не встановлено комерційною пропозицією, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором».
5.2.2. Внесення змін в пункт 10.1 розділу 10. «Строк дії договору та умови пролонгації.» Додатку №2 до Договору ,НОВА РЕДАКЦІЯ: «10.1. Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання та укладається на строк 31.12.2022р., якщо інший термін не визначений умовами закупівлі. Договір, в частині виконання зобов’язань Споживача щодо оплати, діє до повного виконання Сторонами таких зобов’язань.».
5.2.3. Внесення змін в пунк 4. Додаткової угоди №1 до Договору від 04.01.2022р. , НОВА РЕДАКЦІЯ: «4.Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання».
