1. Підпункти 3.1. пункту 3 договору підряду №14 від 27 червня 2018 року викласти в наступній редакції:
«Розрахунки за цим договором проводяться шляхом оплати за фактично виконані роботи та надання попередньої оплати. Замовник керуючись нормами постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. № 117 (зі змінами) та від 27.12.2001 р. № 1764 (зі змінами) має право надати Генпідряднику за рахунок коштів державного (місцевого) бюджету попередню оплату (аванс) на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, обладнання, конструкцій, виробів у розмірі не більше ніж 30% від вартості предмета договору на строк не більше трьох місяців (але в будь якому разі до кінця бюджетного року). По закінченні тримісячного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються замовнику».
2. Зміст інших пунктів договору підряду №14 від 27 червня 2018 року залишити без змін.
3. Ця додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами.
4. Інші умови договору підряду №14 від 27 червня 2018 року не зачеплені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються в силі.
5. Цю додаткову угоду укладено в двох оригінальних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною договору підряду №14 від 27 червня 2018 року.
