Note:
У зв'язку із відсутністю повного фінансування в 2021 році, виникла необхідність внести зміни щодо фактичного фінансування даного об'єкту в поточному році та заплановано фінансування даного об'єкту в 2022 році та продовжити строк виконання робіт за Договором до 30.12.2022 року. Сторони зменшують фінансування робіт у 2021 році на суму 2938,83 грн. (дві тисячі дев'ятсот тридцять вісім гривень 83 копійок), і збільшують на цю суму фінансування в 2022 році. Загальна сума цього Договору залишається без змін.
