На підставі підпункту 8 пункту 19 Особливостей, відповідно до положень частини 6 статті 41 Закону та пункту14.6 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 202250,00грн. ( двісті дві тисячі двісті п’ятдесят гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 33 708,33 грн. (тридцять три тисячі сімсот вісім гривень 33 копійок), що не перевищує 20% суми, зазначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
