п.2.3 розділу 2 " Предмет Договору" викласти у новій редакції: "Обсяг продажу електроенергії за Договором становить - 9123 кВт*год. Тариф за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії становить 3,3246 грн без ПДВ. Пункт 2 та 3 Додатка 2 "Комерційна пропозиція" до Договору викласти в новій редакції. Керуючись п.3 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та відповідно до п. 13.6 Розділу 13 "Порядок змін умов Договору" Договору, сторони дійшли згоди викласти Додаток 4 до Договору в новій редакції.

Пункти 2 та 3 Додатка 2 "Комерційна пропозиція" до Договору викласти у новій редакції: Фактична ціна (тариф) купованої Споживачем електроенергії у розрахунковому періоді, яка зазначається у акті - купівлі продажу електроенергії, становить - 3,42028 без ПДВ за 1 кВтгод Обсяг постачання. Кількість: активна електрична енергія - 8925 кВт*год, згідно з відповідним тарифом (ціною) на електроенергію на дату проведення процедури закупівлі.
