Note:
1. Внести зміни до п.2.1.Договору та визначити:
«Закінчення робіт - до 31.12.2022 року.»
2. Викласти п. 3.1. в новій редакції:
«п.3.1. Ціна цього договору визначена на підставі Державних будівельних норм, ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013 «Правила визначення вартості будівництва», тендерної пропозиції та погоджена Сторонами в Протоколі погодження договірної ціни (Додаток № 1) і становить:
- Фінансування 2021 рік – 3 655 000,00 грн.;
- Фінансування 2022 рік – 2 386 057,63 грн.
Загальна вартість робіт з ПДВ- 6 041 057, 63 грн. (шість мільйонів сорок одна тисяча п’ятдесят сім грн. 63 коп.).
Вартість робіт без ПДВ 5 034 214,69 грн. (п’ять мільйонів тридцять чотири тисячі двісті чотирнадцять грн. 69 коп.).
Сума ПДВ- 1 006 842,94 грн. (один мільйон шість тисяч вісімсот сорок дві грн. 94 коп.).
Ціна робіт є твердою. У разі перевищення ціни Договору, усі пов'язані з цим витрати несе Підрядник.
3. Викласти п. 4.8. в наступній редакції:
«4.8. Джерело фінансування – кошти державного бюджету – 100 %. Оплата здійснюється при надходженні на реєстраційний рахунок коштів з державного бюджету».
4. Виключити з Договору п. 4.9.
5. Продовжити термін дії Договору та викласти п. 17.2. в наступній редакції:
«17.2. Договір набуває чинності моменту його укладення і діє до 31.12.2022 року, але в будь якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань».
