Керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII, п.11.02 розділу XI "Строк дії Договору та інші умови", Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору до 31 березня 2019 року."

Сторони, відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічня закупівлі" (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII, керуючись п.11.2 розділу XI "Строк дії Договору та інші умови", домовились продовжити дію Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме на 10117,95 (сорок тисяч сто сімнадцять грн. 95 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ 20%.

Абзац 3 Пункту 5.4 Розділу V "Тарифи та порядок розрахунків" викласти в наступній редакції: "Ціна цього договору на 2018 рік становить 200589,77 грн. (двісті тисяч п'ятсот вісімдесят де'вять грн. 77 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ 20%." Ціна цієї додаткової угоди на період з 01.01.2019 року по 31.03.2019 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі становить 40117,95 грн. (сорок тисяч сто сімнадцять грн. 95 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ 20%.
