Керуючись п.5 ч.5 та ч.7 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а саме: погодження зміни ціни в договорі про закупівлю в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг), у тому числі у разі коливання ціни товару на ринку Сторони у зв'язку з наявністю підстав (зміни тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО" Постанова НКРЕКП від 09 грудня 2020 року №2353, яка набирає чинності з 01.01.2021 року) дійшли згоди без зміни кількості обсягу щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару з урахуванням ст.631 Цивільного Кодексу України.
