Керуючись п.1 ч.4, ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», згідно п.6.2.3, 11.1 договору поставки товару №22 від 02.05.2019 (далі-Договір), дійшли згоди про наступне: пункт 3.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору становить: 2948895,86 грн. (два мільйона дев’ятсот сорок вісім тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто п’ять гривень 86 коп.) з ПДВ. При цьому: - фінансування 2019 року – 2 457 421,45 грн. (два мільйона чотириста п’ятдесят сім тисяч чотириста двадцять одна гривна 45 коп.) - фінансування 2020 року – 491 474,41 грн. (чотириста дев’яносто одна тисяча чотириста сімдесят чотири гривні 41 коп.)». Специфікацію Товару, наведену в додатку до Договору, викласти у новій редакції (додається) (кількість 2019 року – 16772,2 кг, кількість 2020 року – 3077,1 кг) Згідно ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України, умови цієї додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин, які виникли між Сторонами до її укладення, та які передбачали продовження терміну дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року – з 28.12.2019.
