Згідно Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли згоди про продовження дії Договору у зв'язку з чим погодили наступну (нову) редакцію п.12.1 Договору: "п.12.1. Договір вважається укладеним до 31 березня 2019р. включно". Всі інші умови зазначеного вище договору залишаються чинними у тій редакції, в якій вони викладені Сторонами раніше, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковістю для себе.

Сторони дійшли згоди дію Договору про закупівлю продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі укладеному в попередньому році, а саме: на суму 78500,00 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 5135,51 грн., якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, згідно чого пункт 2.5. Договору викласти у новій редакції: "2.5. Сума Договору становить 471456,75 грн. з ПДВ.
