виявлено обставини,про які не було відомо на етапі формування технічного завдання до тендерної документації через те,що трубопроводи існуючої системи опалення приховано та немає документації про шляхи їх прокладання. Через це частково змінено схему прокладання трубопроводів, що в подальшому спричинило зменшення обємів робіт по вказаному обєкту.
