В зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю Сторони погодились:
1.Зменьшити обсяг послуги з компенсації перетікання реактивної енергії на 325 000 кВАр*год та викласти п.1.3. даного Договору в наступній редакції :
П.1.3. «Кількість :
-компенсація перетікання реактивної енергії – 270 081 кВАр*год, згідно з встановленими відповідними тарифами на дату проведення процедури закупівлі.»
2.Зменьшити ціну Договору на суму 130 000,00грн.(сто тридцять тисяч грн. 00коп) та викласти п.2.1. даного Договору в наступній редакції:
п.2.1.»Ціна цього Договору на момент його укладення становить : 108 032,40 грн(сто вісім тисяч тридцять дві грн. 40 коп) з ПДВ.,
в тому числі фінансування загального фонду :
5000грн.(п’ять тисяч грн.00коп);
-та фінансування спеціального фонду :
103 032,40 грн (сто три тисячі тридцять дві грн. 40 коп)»
3.Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов’язання.
