п.2.3. Кількість електричної енергії - 33576 кВт*год
п.5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії становить 3,807813 грн. , крім того ПДВ - 0,761563 грн., всього з ПДВ - 4,569376 грн. Додаток 1 до договору викладено в новій редакції.

Договору у зв'язку з коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору та викласти в наступній редакції пункти: "2.3. Кількість електричної енергії - 31222 кВт*год. 5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії становить 4,188214 грн., крім того ПДВ - 0,837643 грн., всього з ПДВ - 5,025857 грн.". Додаток № 1 до Договору викладено в новій редакції.

У зв'язку з коливанням ціни на ринку , відповідно до п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 13.2. Договору Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 9,99 % від ціни, зазначеної в Договорі без збільшення загальної суми договору та встановити ціну на рівні: 5,527940 грн. /кВт*год з ПДВ.
2.3. Кількість електричної енергії - 29 155 кВт*год.
5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії становить 4,606617 грн., крім того ПДВ - 0,921323 грн., всього з ПДВ - 5,527940 грн.". Додаток № 1 до Договору викладено в новій редакції.

На підставі п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 13.2, 13.5 Договору Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору та викласти п. 2.3. Розділу 2, п. 5.2 Розділу 5 Договору в наступній редакції:
"2.3. Кількість електричної енергії 9569 кВт*год.
5.2. Загальна вартість Договору становить 37275,28 грн. крім того ПДВ 7455,06 грн., всього з ПДВ - 44730,34 грн. (сорок чотири тисячі сімсот тридцять гривень 34 копійки) ".
2. Сторони домовились викласти Додаток № 1 до Договору в редакції, що додається.

Note:
Відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2022 № 1788 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО"" та керуючись п. 7 ч. 5, ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору, а саме: 1.1. Викласти пункт 2.3 розділу 2 Договору в наступній редакції:
"2.3. -Кількість електричної енергії на 2022 рік – 9569 кВт•год.
-Кількість електричної енергії за період з 01.01.2023 р. по 31.01.2023 р. - 175 кВт•год"
1.2. Викласти пункт 5.1, 5.2. розділу 5 Договору в наступній редакції:
"5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт•год. електричної енергії становить 4,641257 грн., крім того ПДВ –0,928251 грн., всього з ПДВ –5,569508 грн."
"5.2. Загальна вартість Договору за 2022 рік становить 37275,28грн., крім того ПДВ – 7455,06 грн., всього з ПДВ – 44730,34 грн. (сорок чотири тисячі сімсот тридцять гривень 34 копійки).
Сума цього Договору з 01.01.2023 р. по 31.01.2023 р. не перевищує 20 % суми від загальної суми Договору за 2022 рік та становить 974,66грн (Дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири гривні 66 копійок). "
2. Викласти Додаток 1 до Договору в новій редакції, визначеній в додатку 1 до цієї додаткової угоди.
