Note:
Дія Договору № 34 від 03.02.2020 р. була подовжена на 20% додатковою угодою № 1 від 18.01.2021 року. На момент розміщення додаткової угоди № 1 на початок 2021 року конкретна сума подовження до 20% була невідома, тому при звітуванні виконання договору фактична сума договору збільшена на суму 187 791,84 грн. з ПДВ. З метою зміни суми основного контракту та звітування виконання договору № 34 від 03.02.2020 р. розміщуємо повторно додаткову угоду № 1 від 18.01.2021р.
