У п. 4.1. Договору цифри та слова "01 листопада 2022 року" замінити цифрами та словами "31 січня 2023 року". У п. 10.1. Договору цифри та слова "31 грудня 2022 року" замінити цифрами та словами "28 лютого 2023 року". Замовником проводиться попередня оплата в розмірі 100 (ста) відсотків від ціни непоставленої продукції, вказаної у Специфікації (Додаток №1 до Договору) на підставі оригіналу рахунку-фактури. Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169.
Відповідно до абзацу першого підпункту 1 пункту 1 Постанови в умовах воєнного стану оборонні та публічні закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг здійснюються без застосування процедур закупівель та спрощених закупівель, визначених Законами України “Про публічні закупівлі” та “Про оборонні закупівлі”. Підстава "покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю" обрана у зв'язку із відсутністю в електронній системі підстави, яка відповідала би пункту 1.2 додаткової годи.
