У зв’язку зі збільшенням цін на ринку нафтопродуктів, керуючись п.2 частини 4 статті 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до п. 11.2.2. Договору № ТД-3082/ТБ-220/18 від 21.05.2018 року, Додаткової угоди №3 від 16.01.2019 року до Договору № ТД-3082/ТБ-220/18 від 21.05.2018 року Сторони за взаємною згодою, вирішили збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару (літр) за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної в Договор. В зв’язку з чим, ціна за одиницю Товару Дизельне пальне становить 26,87 грн. (двадцять шість грн., 87 коп.) з ПДВ., у кількості 9400 л. на загальну суму 252 578,00 (двісті п’ятдесят дві тисячі п’ятсот сімдесят вісім грн., 00 коп.)., у т.ч. ПДВ 42096,33 грн.
